RGI Vita's services include not only modular and integrated application solutions but also consulting in the various business areas and services to support operational management.

Management, organisational and process consulting
Checking of the conditions of feasibility of company strategies and definition of business models for the strategic scenarios identified; Economic/Financial planning for checking the conditions of feasibility of strategic/operational projects; Definition and development of business models as far as the actual implementation based on the strategic scenarios identified; Assessment and overall redesign of company organisational structures and macro-processes (structures, human resources and company processes).

Actuarial support
The actuarial support that RGI Vita provides to its customers principally involves a combination of computer skills and insurance actuarial skills. Thanks to our new and young recruits (principally graduates in actuarial mathematical sciences), we are able to support Companies in defining new products, in loading these onto their rating engines or actuarial laboratories and in performing profitability analyses (Profit Testing). We support companies in calculating Embedded Value and Appraisal Value and in calculating the Fair Value of individual contracts and of the entire insurance portfolio. We also support companies in risk monitoring (Asset & Liability Management – ALM) for financial management. We carry out on behalf of companies an analytical calculation of the technical reserves relating to the Italian balance.

Risk management and compliance
In this area too, we believe that we can combine the vast expertise that we have gained in all of the operational processes and functional aspects of insurance companies with the methodologies and application solutions for integrated risk and control management. Through new skills acquired from the market, RGI Vita occupies a leading role in GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance) consulting for the mapping of operational processes and risks (including that of compliance) together with the application of standard methodologies for quantifying and measuring these. We also supply a third party application solution to manage the entire life cycle of company policies, to correlate and analyse the most significant performance and risk indicators and automate the management of the Risk Management and Compliance programmes.

Outsourcing of infrastructures and processes
RGI Vita is able to supply modular outsourcing solutions tailored to the specific needs of companies. Through the company RGI Outsourcing, we are able to provide a complete service thanks to the supply of our PassVita solution in which we deal with the application and infrastructure parts. Additionally, by combining computer and process skills, we are able to provide targeted solutions for the Administrative Management of our customers' portfolios (from placement through to company reporting in compliance with tax and statutory obligations). We also deal with the Accounting Management of the Company (reconciling, entries and balances, printing of the stamped daybook), all while maintaining a high level of flexibility and modularity in order to best serve the needs of our clients.
